MAYOR PALANCIOĞLU SURPRISES CITIZENS, ANSWERS THEIR CALL

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, the Mayor of Melikgazi Municipality, visited the Municipality Call Centre and personally responded to the calls of citizens who dialled the call line.
Mayor Palancıoğlu, while chatting with call centre employees, also gathered information about the requests coming to the municipality. He said, "Our call centre staff are working tirelessly to address the requests of our citizens.
The incoming requests are instantly forwarded to the relevant departments in an attempt to provide solutions. Today, during our visit to the call centre staff, we responded to a call and also had a chat with the citizen who called. It was a surprise for them as well. During the year 2023, our municipality received a total of 150,000 calls. 98.2% of these calls were successfully received by us. In the first four months of this year, we have already received 35.000 calls. Our teams are working tirelessly to address these requests. Citizens can quickly reach us by sending photos, requests, and locations via our WhatsApp line at 0530 253 91 91. Our call centre at 0352 252 13 33 is always available to serve our citizens.
Mayor Palancıoğlu, while listening to the citizens, also provided advice to the call centre employees to ensure more attentive and prompt responses to the requests. He expressed his gratitude to all staff for their diligent work.
