MAYOR PALANCIOĞLU MET WITH THE MUHTARS TO DETERMINE THE ROADMAP FOR NEIGHBORHOODS

Melikgazi Municipality Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu held a consultation and evaluation meeting with newly elected muhtars and those re-elected.
The meeting, held at Melikgazi Municipality Conference Hall, was attended by Deputy Mayors, Neighborhood Muhtars, and Department Directors.
Continuing the services and investments for Melikgazi without slowing down, Mayor Palancıoğlu emphasized the importance of muhtars in local governance, stating, "It is of great importance for us to identify the needs and desires of our neighbourhoods while providing quality services to Melikgazi. We have provided numerous quality services to our district over the past 5 years. By reaching out to every neighbourhood, we have addressed major needs such as schools, health centres, and libraries; however, our investments in neighbourhoods will continue to increase in the new term. It is crucial for us to collaborate with our muhtars and make decisions collectively based on mutual understanding for the sake of our services. With the services we have implemented in the previous term, we have managed to elevate Melikgazi to a certain level of prosperity. I extend my gratitude to our valuable muhtars who have contributed to us. I wish success to you, our esteemed muhtars, in your new duties, which will be the eyes and ears of our neighbourhoods. May it be auspicious and prosperous."
Mayor Palancıoğlu: "The Future Begins in Melikgazi!
Mayor Palancıoğlu presented the muhtars with an overview of the projects implemented during the previous 5 years and those planned to be implemented in the new term.
Emphasizing the importance of muhtars for a stronger Melikgazi, Mayor Palancıoğlu stated, "In today's world, due to various factors such as bad habits and misuse of the internet, the concept of family has been deteriorating. Projects are needed to address these negative trends and provide a better life for the youth. We are working tirelessly to be the architects of these projects. By implementing projects such as Dahiler College, Children's University, Nature-themed Parks, Indoor Sports Center, Nazmi Toker Fine Arts Workshop, Health Tourism Campus, and many others, we will set an example for Turkey. InshaAllah, we will collaborate with you, our valuable muhtars, as we implement these services. I thank you in advance for your support. May Allah grant us the opportunity to work together in unity and harmony."
At the end of the meeting, the Neighbourhood Muhtars, after introducing themselves, expressed their requests and suggestions, thanking Melikgazi Municipality Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu for his attention and support.
