THE NEW CONGRESS CENTRE WILL ADD COLOUR TO MELIKGAZI

Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu stated that they would implement a comprehensive congress centre in the district where many events will be held.
Mayor Palancıoğlu, stating that the need for event venues is increasing gradually with the population growth in Kayseri, commented, the events organized in our city are increasing day by day. Especially, many events targeting young people and women are being organized. As Melikgazi Municipality, with our population of 600 thousand, we are one of the most populous districts in Turkey. Therefore, we are working tirelessly day and night to provide the most qualified service to our citizens. We meticulously prepare all the projects we will undertake, step by step. We are implementing projects that will not only benefit our city but also set an example for Turkey. In this context, with our new project, the Melikgazi Congress Centre, we will meet a significant need for our district.
The 'Melikgazi Congress Centre' Will Bring Citizens Together for Cultural and Artistic Events.
Mayor Palancıoğlu, stating their intention to provide a comprehensive venue for hosting many events in the district, continued as follows: "We needed a comprehensive congress centre in Melikgazi where we can host numerous events."
We specifically wanted a venue for Melikgazi, especially near the Technopark and close to the back gate of Erciyes University, along the rail system and bus routes. We have started working to bring the Melikgazi Congress Centre to that location. I hope that when completed, we will have a very elegant and elite venue where we can host many programs in our district. The Melikgazi Congress Centre, consisting of both indoor and outdoor spaces, will include a theatre hall, meeting rooms, exhibition halls, and a cafeteria, providing a venue for our citizens to come together for cultural and artistic events. We continue to implement projects that will advance Melikgazi, increase its prosperity and peace. We wish our fellow citizens good fortune with these endeavours. Mayor Palancıoğlu, who has been signing projects that set an example for Turkey with services and projects befitting Melikgazi, stated that he would continue his work without slowing down.
