MAYOR PALANCIOĞLU'S MAY 1ST INTERNATIONAL WORKERS' DAY MESSAGE

Melikgazi Municipality Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu has released a message on the occasion of May 1st International Workers' Day.
Mayor Palancıoğlu continued his words by emphasizing that May 1st International Workers' Day is a day of unity and solidarity for everyone who contributes with their sweat and labour.
“Our workers, who contribute to the development and progress of our country, are the ones who build our future. While work is considered worship in our religion, it is also essential to ensure the rights of the workers. As the followers of the Prophet who commanded, 'Pay the worker his wages before his sweat dries,' it is our collective responsibility to uphold the rights of the workers.
Working tirelessly to advance our country will gradually lead us to become a more prosperous society. We have always stood by our brothers and sisters who toil day and night to earn an honest living, those who work hard to put bread on the table. We have been and will continue to be with them. With these feelings and thoughts, I extend my warmest wishes to all workers, especially to my colleagues, on May 1st International Workers' Day. I hope this meaningful day is celebrated with unity and brotherhood.“
