The construction phase is underway for 20 blocks and 800 apartments in Kazım Karabekir
Melikgazi Municipality, continuing urban transformation efforts in many parts of the district, has completed demolition works for the construction of 20 blocks and 800 apartments in Kazım Karabekir Neighbourhood.
Melikgazi Municipality Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu emphasized the importance of urban transformation towards creating sustainable, environmentally conscious settlements for the future. He stated, 'The urban transformation efforts in Kazım Karabekir neighbourhood are progressing rapidly. We have swiftly completed the demolition works here, bringing cleanliness to our region. Our urban transformation project, which is planned to include 20 blocks covering an area of 100,000 square meters, is continuing successfully. We will quickly start construction works to ensure our citizens regain their homes as we organize tenders for the transformation of Kazım Karabekir Neighbourhood.'
