WORKSHOP MELIKGAZI: WOMEN WILL BOTH PRODUCE AND EARN MONEY

Announcing his projects planned to be implemented between 2024-2029 with the theme 'First Women, First Family,' Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu aims to realize the 'Workshop Melikgazi' project, where women produce and earn.
The municipality will provide support to women engaged in production activities
Mayor Palancıoğlu emphasized that the Workshop Melikgazi project will bring together women engaged in production activities and provide them with workshop facilities and employment opportunities.
In the new term, we plan to initiate our projects with the theme 'First Women, First Family.' Hopefully, in this new period, we will have many initiatives targeting women in our district.
The skills, talents, and productivity of our women in society are commendable. We aim to support women entrepreneurs in realizing their projects and increasing their economic independence. With our Workshop Melikgazi project, women will be able to work from home and engage in production. Additionally, through Workshop Melikgazi, we will bring a venue to Kayseri where women can produce and sell their handmade products.
They will be paid for each product they make. In this way, we will not only help support family budgets but also contribute to women's employment. We will provide training for women in all our social facilities, in workshops we will open, and in separate buildings. As the municipality, we will provide them with the materials for the products they will produce.
With this project, the products made by our women will reach many people. Just as in every endeavour, entrepreneurship becomes more vibrant and beautiful when women are involved. As Melikgazi Municipality, we will always stand by our women, and we will strive to respond to their needs. May our Workshop Melikgazi project be beneficial for all our women.
