Mustafa Palancıoğlu is a surveyor and academician born in 1970. After completing his education in Kayseri, he graduated from Yıldız Technical University and completed his doctorate in America. After his academic career, he took on various positions in local governments and currently serves as the Mayor of Melikgazi. He also serves as Turkey's representative in the Council of Europe and the Euro-Mediterranean Regional and Local Assembly.
