Melikgazi Municipality, which carries out important works to bring citizens together in more decent, more modern parks and to make the appearance of the district more aesthetic, renovated Yıldız Park, located on Mustafa Şimşek Boulevard, and gave it a completely different look.

The park, which has gained a modern and decent appearance with ornamental pools, a football field, walking areas, tree planting works, playgrounds, sports equipment, and lighting works, was greatly appreciated by the citizens.

NO TRACE OF THE OLD YILDIZ PARK!

Melikgazi Municipality Mayor Assoc. Dr. who declared 2026 as the Year of Parks and Gardens Mustafa Palancıoğlu inspected the renovated Yıldız Park. Stating that they continue to beautify the district with both park and garden works and urban transformation works, Mayor Palancıoğlu made the following statements during the inspection: “There is nothing left of our old Yıldız Park on Mustafa Şimşek Boulevard; we completely renovated it. We beautified our park to keep our children away from the internet and to enable them to socialize. With our swings, football field, playgrounds and other works, our park has become a beautiful place.” It has arrived, and our citizens are quite pleased.
