Melikgazi Municipality, which continues its transportation works to create a comfortable and efficient transportation network in the district, will build a new asphalt road of 1.5 kilometers in length, along with new connecting roads, on Kızılırmak Street in Yıldırım Beyazıt Neighborhood.

With the works carried out, the transportation standard on the roads will be improved. Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. stated that they aimed to upgrade the roads, increase driving safety, and make citizens' daily transportation faster and more comfortable. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, “As Melikgazi Municipality, we are undertaking various projects in many of our neighborhoods. Especially the places where we have opened roads are rapidly developing and gaining the satisfaction of the citizens. Kızılırmak Street was like a dead end. There were old buildings here. We reached an agreement by talking to our citizens. We removed the buildings that were on the road and cleaned it up. We are currently opening a beautiful road that is 20 meters wide. Therefore, the continuation of Kızılırmak Street is opened up to Hasdal Street. We are also opening the turn to Sivas Street from this area where the work is being done. Therefore, by solving the property problems that we have been dealing with for many years, we have opened the road in a way that will provide comfort to our citizens. Infrastructure works are continuing. Hopefully, we will start the sidewalk and asphalt work soon. This road is important. Because we have our mosque, our Quran course, and a primary school that we completed for the first time in this area. The construction of our middle school is also continuing right next to it. We have started the landscaping of our primary school. With this road, this place will be even more "It will become more vibrant, it will emerge from its dormant state and become even more beautiful.
