Mayor of Melikgazi, Dr. Mustafa Palancioglu by examining the construction of the mosque, which was built by the Melikgazi Municipality in Germir Neighborhood with the contributions of the philanthropist Ayten-Hacı Ömer Kara.

 

          He said that the mosque will open for worship in a month.Stating that they offer another good service to the citizens, President Dr. Palancıoğlu said, “As Melikgazi Municipality, besides the construction of many social facilities, parks and roads, we also bring many facilities such as mosques, Qur'an courses, schools and health centres to our district in order to meet the needs of our district.In this context, more than 20 constructions are currently underway in our district. We do some of it with the support of philanthropists, and we do some of it as a municipality. But in general, our philanthropists also support the realization of the service.Thus, we ensure that our services are implemented quickly. In this context, we offer this mosque to the service of our citizens through our Aunt Ayten and her deceased husband, Uncle Ömer. This is the old Konaklar District, the new Germir District. It will also meet a good need of this region. The construction of the mosque is complete now. It has a covering related to its minaret and exterior landscaping has started. Hopefully, we will finish in a month and open this place for worship. Good luck. Thank you to all our friends who contributed.
