Melikgazi Municipality, which has transformed the district with successful urban transformation efforts, continues its Yıldırım Beyazıt 2nd Stage Urban Transformation Works without slowing down.

THE PROJECTS ARE NUMBERED

Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, stating that they are among the municipalities that carry out the most urban transformation projects in Turkey, made the following statement:

“Urban transformation is rapidly progressing in Melikgazi. As Melikgazi Municipality, we were working in six different areas and have added a new one. Six different contractors are working intensively as part of our Yıldırım Beyazıt 2nd Stage Urban Transformation project. Our sample apartment is complete, and I wish them well. I pray that all the beneficiaries who will live here will live in health and peace. As part of our urban transformation projects that began two years ago in Yıldırım Beyazıt, we have delivered the first phase consisting of six blocks. Now, the second phase consisting of six blocks is underway. We have phases of work; we have phases three and four. We have two separate urban transformation projects in Aydınlıkevler. The first phase in Kazım Karabekir is complete, the second phase is currently progressing rapidly, and work on the third phase is ongoing. In the Anbar neighborhood, the first phase has been completed, and we are now working on the second phase. We have initiated work in Aydınlıkevler for the first time. Our second phase is currently underway in the old Çorakçılar neighborhood, just across from the old terminal. Work continues in the Battalgazi area. Therefore, we are currently among the municipalities carrying out the most intensive urban transformation projects in Turkey. I thank all my team members.
