The construction of the Urban Transformation Housing, consisting of 72 apartments and 13 shops, initiated by Melikgazi Municipality in Çorakçılar, Aydınlıkevler Neighborhood, is rapidly progressing.

Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Dr., who has given the district a vision with the urban transformation works carried out in 9 different regions of Melikgazi, Mustafa Palancıoğlu stated that the apartments will be completed and delivered to the rightful owners soon. President Palancıoğlu, who touched hearts with the urban transformation works he carried out in Aydınlıkevler Neighborhood upon the intense demands of the citizens, said, “Urban transformation is at the forefront of our works that move Melikgazi forward and beautify it. We are determined to transform the worn-out, life-exhausted structures in Aydınlıkevler Neighborhood into modern and solid structures. Here, we demolished 5 blocks, 39 apartments, and 11 shops; in return, we are building 72 apartments and 13 shops. In the area where our urban transformation housing is located, ground reinforcement was also carried out. Long-lasting, healthy housing is coming to our Aydınlıkevler Neighborhood. Our rough construction is nearing completion. Hopefully, we will hand over the keys as soon as possible. "We will do it together. I wish it to be auspicious and successful from now on. Our work will continue in Aydınlıkevler Neighborhood. If the building residents agree and apply to our municipality, we will do whatever is necessary to open it up for urban transformation.
