Mustafa Palancıoğlu participated in the first demolition works of the abandoned and decaying buildings.

Stating that they will continue to make people smile by modernizing the district within the scope of urban transformation works, Mayor Palancıoğlu made the following statements in his statement: He said:

“First of all, I congratulate you on the Miraj Night. We are in the blessed Three Months, and we are approaching the month of Ramadan. May Allah Almighty keep our unity and togetherness strong. On such blessed days and nights, we need to know how to unite and work together, to work for the benefit of our country, and to strive to leave a better country for our future generations. As Melikgazi Municipality, we are currently engaged in a beautiful project that will bring smiles to the faces of our citizens, together with our Urban Transformation Directorate, my Deputy Mayor, my directors, and all my colleagues. We are starting an urban transformation project in Aydınlıkevler Neighborhood, opposite the old bus station. Our Aydınlıkevler Neighborhood Headman, Mustafa Uysal, has started his duty in Melikgazi. Since we arrived, we have been encouraged and motivated by the fact that our neighborhood has been included in the urban transformation project. We are already carrying out urban transformation projects in different areas, starting with the oldest buildings. Together with our team, we have transformed thousands of homes. Now, we are transforming the area opposite the old bus station in Aydınlıkevler Neighborhood. There were buildings that were derelict, empty inside, and really in very bad condition. We reached an agreement with our citizens, and this place will become very beautiful. This area is one of the entrances to Kayseri, and the beautification of this area will contribute to the beautification of the whole region. We are doing the first demolition, and we are working day and night regardless of winter conditions. I wish it to be auspicious. Hopefully, we will complete our constructions without any accidents or problems, and our rights holders will live here in health and peace. Urban transformation will continue in these areas in the best way. We are carrying out urban transformation work in 9 areas, and we are continuing our work in new areas.
