Melikgazi Municipality successfully completed the external audit conducted by the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE) within the scope of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, which it implemented to improve service quality, strengthen its institutional processes and take citizen satisfaction to a higher level.

Reminding that the work on the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system was examined in detail by the TSE audit team, Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, “Within the scope of the audit conducted in our municipality, process management, performance monitoring, documentation, risk and opportunity management, and citizen satisfaction-oriented practices were evaluated. As a result of the inspections carried out by the officials of the TSE Kayseri Regional Directorate, it was determined that Melikgazi Municipality fully meets the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Our municipality completed the audit process with zero nonconformities, setting an exemplary success in quality management system applications. This success is the result of the dedicated work of all our employees. The work carried out within the scope of the quality management system makes a significant contribution to the quality of corporate services. We are constantly renewing and modernizing our municipality to provide the best service to our citizens.
