Melikgazi Municipality is adding another investment to its projects that make life easier in the district's 58 neighborhoods. As part of the high-quality transportation services that bring smiles to the faces of citizens, another huge project that will ease the city's traffic is being implemented.

The new 25-meter-wide road project, which will connect Komando Street to Hisarcık, Kıranardı, and Mehmet Özhaseki Boulevard, is nearing completion.

Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr., who inspected the works on site... Mustafa Palancıoğlu explained the details of the project with the following words: “We are in the Erenköy and Kıranardı region, formerly known as Haymana. We have a major road construction project. This is a street that goes to Komando Street, which is the border between Talas and Melikgazi, to the paragliding runway. From here, we are opening a new main artery, 4 km long and 25 meters wide, which will ease traffic and connect to Mehmet Özhaseki Boulevard. Currently, there are only a few houses left to be expropriated, and hopefully we will reach an agreement with them as well. We thank our citizens for their support. When this opens, we will have opened a very new, very beautiful boulevard. I thank all my team members; because they worked continuously in the snow, rain, and precipitation.
