Mayor of Melikgazi, Dr. Mustafa Palancioğlu examined the training centre built on an area of 17 thousand square meters with philanthropist Osman Ulubaş in Kazım Karabekir District.

        Stating that as Melikgazi Municipality, they built the kindergarten in the training center, Mayor Palancıoğlu emphasized that investments were made in Kazım Karabekir District to meet social needs as well as urban transformation projects.

Stating that they brought a 17 thousand square meter training centre to Kazım Karabekir District, President Dr. Palancioğlu said, “A big urban transformation project in Kazım Karabekir Neighborhood, where approximately 10 thousand people will live, has reached its final stage.A large area consisting of exactly 1987 flats and 120 shops is now transformed. Hopefully, our work for Phase 2 has started. In this context, of course, we are working to meet not only the housing but also the social needs of this place.Thanks to our philanthropist Osman Ulubaş, 2 schools are being built under the leadership of Uncle Osman. Primary school and secondary school are advancing rapidly. At the back of the school, our Metropolitan Municipality is building an indoor sports hall, and we are doing the kindergarten. We are doing the park and landscaping.In total, an area of 17 thousand square meters will serve here as a training centre.
