Congratulations on the Opening of Keriman Erkan Primary School and Dr. Rasime Erkan Kindergarten in Yıldırım Beyazıt Neighbourhood!
Melikgazi Municipality, with the participation of Minister of Environment, Urban Planning, and Climate Change Mehmet Özhaseki, held the opening ceremony of Keriman Erkan Primary School and Dr. Rasime Erkan Kindergarten in Yıldırım Beyazıt Neighbourhood.
Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, stating that Yıldırım Beyazıt Neighbourhood will enter its golden age with the services provided and to be provided, said, "We have implemented many services in Yıldırım Beyazıt Neighbourhood. Among the most important ones is urban transformation. We completed the 1st phase of our works within a year. In March, we will start the construction of the 2nd phase consisting of 6 blocks by tendering. We demolished illegal constructions and built new roads. We have provided many services to Yıldırım Beyazıt such as schools, mosques, and parks. As the municipality, that builds the most schools in Turkey, our school openings continue. We have built two schools, one kindergarten and one primary school, on the land donated by our philanthropists. I thank them. May Allah grant us to do many more good deeds. Our Aviation and Space High School construction is ongoing. We will complete it soon and open it to the service of Kayseri. We are trying to implement the Kayseri municipal model initiated by our Minister Mehmet Özhaseki as much as we can. While developing the city, we do not neglect our future generations. We have built 15 libraries. We are progressing towards a great and powerful Turkey. We are the most populous district in Kayseri. In this context, we are carrying out the most works such as schools, mosques, health centres, social facilities, parks, and urban transformation. Yıldırım Beyazıt will enter its golden age from now on. March 31st is approaching. In Kayseri and Melikgazi, we will give the strongest support to the march where our President Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Mr. Devlet Bahçeli joined hands. There is a beautiful unity in Kayseri. May God keep it everlasting. Congratulations to our schools in our neighbourhood and Kayseri."
Dr. Rasime Erkan, expressing that her wish came true thanks to Mustafa Palancıoğlu, said, "Mustafa Palancıoğlu, our Mayor, provided us with the greatest convenience in this matter. I realized something I have wanted for a long time thanks to him. He is hardworking, charitable, and supportive of people. Building a construction is very difficult. However, thanks to our Mayor, our wish came true. It is extremely important for our children to receive a good education to be successful and beneficial to their families and country. I thank everyone involved infinitely."
Mayor of Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Memduh Büyükkılıç stated, "Mustafa Palancıoğlu, our Mayor, is a hardworking and devoted Mayor who loves our city. We, as 16 district mayors in Kayseri, work hand in hand. In this solidarity, we have brought our city to a better place. Kayseri is a city that stands out in Turkey. From now on, this unity will continue hand in hand and sincerely. I wish Keriman Erkan Primary School and Dr. Rasime Erkan Kindergarten a good start."
Kayseri AK Party Member of Parliament Murat Cahit Cıngı said, "Melikgazi Municipality is the municipality that builds the most schools, health centres, and social facilities in Turkey. There was a great need here, and it has been fulfilled. I thank our Municipality and philanthropist for all the services provided. Our children will shape the future of our country here. Schools contribute greatly to our city. We need to invest in brains rather than buildings. We need to establish places where our highly intelligent children, who will be the statesmen of the future, will be raised. Congratulations to our two schools, may they be auspicious for Kayseri."
Minister of Environment, Urban Planning, and Climate Change Mehmet Özhaseki also made a speech and said:
"I thank our esteemed philanthropist for this beautiful work. I also thank Mayor Mustafa Palancıoğlu very much. He built 21 schools in 5 years. That is not an easy feat. Mayors of big cities do not do these things. Such works are like a charity foundation. They serve for years. I have not seen any other city that can beat the people of Kayseri in terms of charity. We must work together diligently to bring our country to better places. I wish this beautiful service to be beneficial."
