The draw and handover ceremony for 95 apartments in 3 blocks completed within the scope of the 2nd stage urban transformation works in Anbar Neighborhood of Melikgazi Municipality was held.

Reminding that the urban transformation works in Melikgazi continue with human-centered construction that prioritizes quality of life, Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, “As Melikgazi Municipality, our urban transformation efforts continue in many areas. Within this scope, in our Anbar Neighborhood, we will build 7 blocks and 265 apartments in our 2nd phase project. 3 of these blocks have been completed. We came together with our citizens in a beautiful lottery ceremony. We are a very successful municipality in urban transformation. There is no other district municipality in Turkey that carries out urban transformation as much as Melikgazi Municipality. Anbar Neighborhood is one of the neighborhoods where we have carried out urban transformation. Hopefully, we will lay new foundations soon. Today, we held a lottery for 95 apartments here. 39 of our rightful owners received their new homes through the lottery. Our blocks turned out very well. After we finish all our blocks here and do the landscaping, a very beautiful site will emerge. May it be auspicious. May God grant our citizens who have received their new homes to live in them in good health and with joy.”

Mayor Palancıoğlu, who drew the first lot himself, wished the rightful owner good luck with their new home.
