The children's theater performance titled 'The King of the Forests, the Grasshopper,' presented by Melikgazi Municipality specifically for children aged 8-13, was met with great interest by the children.

Saying that they provided a beautiful and fun day for the little ones with the play, which was staged in two sessions, Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, "We continue our cultural and artistic activities that appeal to all ages in our district. Just as we support our children's education, we have accelerated our activities to ensure they have a life full of art and culture. Theater is a very powerful tool that increases children's imagination, expression skills, and social interaction. The plays they watch open a new door to their perspective. In this context, our play 'The King of the Forests, the Grasshopper,' which attracted children's attention with its fun dialogues and humorous scenes, was watched with great interest and excitement. In the musical and dance theater performance, the children watching the play also participated in the event from time to time. The program also included riddles and dances that children love very much. Seeing our children's faces smiling and happy makes us very happy too.
