Mayor of Melikgazi Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, together with Health Director Ali Ramazan Benli, discussed the health investments in Melikgazi district. With family health centers to be built in 11 neighborhoods, the health needs of 15-20 years will be met in Melikgazi. Emphasizing that health centers will be built in places needed in the district with the Health Directorate, The Mayor Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, "Our Melikgazi is the most populous district of Kayseri with a population of 600 thousand. Therefore, it is important that health centers are planned very well and serve the citizens in the best way possible.

In this context, we spend a lot of time with our Provincial Health Directorate. Together, we have been meeting Melikgazi's health needs intensively for 2 years. We have located many health centers. There are those that have been completed, will be built and are under construction. 

                           We will open our health center in Tınaztepe in the next few months. I hope our health center in Bahçelievler Quarter is now rude and fine work has begun. 

In our Sakarya Neighborhood, the new project of one of our health centers is finished, and the ground-breaking stage has come. We have also completed our reconstruction work for a beautiful health center in Yeşilyurt District that will appeal to the Yeşilyurt TOKİ and İldem region.

Hopefully, we will provide a family health center there. We will also hopefully provide a good family health center in Germir that will appeal to both the Sivas Caddesi region and the Yıldırım Beyazıt region. We will build a good health center in Kazım Karabekir region, both due to the intensive urban transformation and the intense need. There was a need for a family health center in the Yeniköy District Hürriyet district. We have a plan for a family health center in Yeniköy, the project of which is in the drawing phase. We had an urban transformation in Anbar District; there was a need for a health center in that area. I hope we will provide Anbar with a family health center next year. Hopefully, we are working to bring in a family health center in Gültepe Neighborhood. In addition, our Provincial Health Directorate will build a 112 Emergency Health Center in Danişment Gazi District. Good luck to Melikgazi. " said. 

                         Stating that they are at the final stage of a major health study that will meet the health needs of Melikgazi district for the next 15-20 years, The Mayor Dr. Palancıoğlu said, "We hope that with the works we will do in 2021 and 2022, there will be no new need for family medicine and family health center in Melikgazi anymore." he stated.
