With the understanding that 'Roads are civilization', Melikgazi Municipality, which expands the transportation network in the district, will also relieve the traffic load in the region with the new connecting road that is the continuation of Kızılırmak Street and connects Sivas Street to Hulusi Akar Boulevard in Yıldırım Beyazıt Neighborhood.

Saying that they will offer Melikgazi a suitable, alternative and more comfortable transportation option with the newly constructed road, Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, "As Melikgazi Municipality, we are inspecting our work on the ground. In Yıldırım Beyazıt neighborhood, our road works are rapidly continuing on the continuation of Kızılırmak Street, also known as Hasdal Street. This road will be asphalted. There was both a court process and a zoning application that lasted for about 5 years here. As a result of our intensive work, we reached an agreement with the citizens whose houses were on the road and cleared the old structures. They were all removed. Currently, these infrastructure works are finished, and electricity poles have been erected. Hopefully, we are starting the asphalt preparation. This road is important because it is a continuation of Kızılırmak Street. Another line here is a 30-meter wide road. It is a new line connecting Sivas Street to Hulusi Akar Boulevard. These two lines will provide the possibility of connecting coming from Kızılırmak Street. Thus, it will provide a significant relief in the traffic of the region. Our work on cleaning, expropriating and infrastructure here took a very long time, but a beautiful axis has emerged. Hopefully, the final "We have reached the next stage.
