The construction of the multi-purpose social facility that Melikgazi Municipality is preparing to implement in Selçuklu Neighborhood is progressing rapidly.

The facility, which will be used as an outdoor wedding venue in the summer and a condolence house in the winter, has already attracted attention as a pleasant venue where rice festivals and summer festivals will be held.

Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Dr. who examined the completed works on site. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, in his statement, mentioned that the project, which will serve the Selçuklu, Osmanlı, and Danişmentgazi neighborhoods, will meet important needs in the region, and included the following expressions:

“We are building a beautiful social facility that will serve the area where our Selçuklu, Osmanlı, and Danişmentgazi neighborhoods are located. Our facility will be multi-purpose. We will hold outdoor weddings here in the summer, it will be a wonderful place for our citizens to share their happy moments. Since it is not possible to hold weddings in the open air in winter, we will use it as a condolence house. The rooms are quite spacious, there is a large kitchen, a bridal room, and a stage in the back. This project will hopefully be one of the most talked about and most appreciated projects in Melikgazi this year. Once the landscaping is finished, it will be quite a refined place with its appearance and gazebos. It will become a vibrant place. Not only will there be condolences and outdoor weddings, but also musical events, summer festivals, and rice festivals. A very beautiful area is emerging here where our citizens will come together in a lively atmosphere, and holidays will be celebrated. We are planning to implement this project in many of our neighborhoods, God willing.
