Mayor of Melikgazi, Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu went to Ankara to meet with the officials of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization regarding the districts of Yıldırım Beyazıt, Kazım Karabekir, Anbar and Küçükali within the scope of the Urban Transformation Project successfully implemented by the Melikgazi Municipality.

       Stating that the districts, which were previously known as slum areas by the Melikgazi Municipality, are now known by everyone as prestige neighbourhoods, Mayor of Melikgazi Dr.Mustafa Palancıoğlu noted that he will hold a series of meetings with ministry officials for the settlement of plans and structural land ownership in some districts.

       Reminding that they have built 1,600 apartments and 44 shops for urban transformation within the boundaries of the district and delivered them to the right holders, and that 560 apartments and 24 shops are being completed, Mayor of Melikgazi Dr. Mustafa Palancioğlu said, “As Melikgazi Municipality, we attach great importance to urbanization as a whole with its healthy environment.Thanks to your efforts, not a single shanty house was built and many shanty houses were demolished by the owners and they gave their lands to the municipality. As a result, healthy districts with modern structures such as Kazım Karabekir, Anbar, Battalgazi, social and sports areas have been brought to our Kayseri. We want to apply the same work to the urban solution in the districts in the western part of our city, which are stuck between the bazaar area and the organized Kayseri city cemetery. We have prepared the necessary infrastructure for this. But we want to speed up the implementation. For this purpose, I will hold a series of meetings with the officials of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization." Mayor of Melikgazi Dr. Mustafa Palancioğlu in Ankara, where he will stay for one day, he also met with the General Directorate of National Real Estate about 3 new schools to be built in Melikgazi.

        Mayor of Melikgazi Dr. Mustafa Palancioğlu, who also visited AK Party Deputy Chairman of Local Administrations Mehmet Özhaseki, thanked him for the support they gave to Melikgazi's projects.
