Kayseri Free Zone (KAYSER A.Ş.) held its 30th Ordinary Financial General Assembly Meeting for the year 2025. The meeting, chaired by Kayseri Free Zone Board Chairman and Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, was completed with the intense participation of the company's shareholders.

At the meeting, the activities and financial situation of Kayseri Free Zone for 2025 were evaluated, and a roadmap was determined for important projects to be undertaken and for bringing Kayseri Free Zone to better and more valuable stages. All agenda items discussed at the general assembly were unanimously approved; This situation once again demonstrated the strong synergy and mutual trust exhibited by the industrialists, partners, and management. The meeting included: Reading and Discussion of the Board of Directors' Activity Report, Reading, Discussion, and Approval of the 2025 Balance Sheet and Income Statement Accounts, Determination of the 2025 Profit Distribution, Discharge of the Board of Directors Members, Presentation of Information Regarding the Independent Auditor's Report on the 2025 Accounts and Transactions, Selection of the Independent Auditor. The articles regarding the determination of the Board of Directors' remuneration were discussed and decided upon.

"We shoulder 25% of Kayseri's exports"

Assoc. Prof. Dr., Chairman of the Kayseri Free Zone Board of Directors. Mustafa Palancıoğlu stated that KAYSER A.Ş.'s successful progress will be crowned with positive developments, and added the following: “We have completed our 5th year in management at the Kayseri Free Zone. Our Free Zone has made a huge leap forward, especially in the last 5 years, and has hosted significant investments. Today, we alone account for 25% of Kayseri's total exports. We have highly successful companies within our structure, which are among Turkey's top 500 largest industrial enterprises. We will continue our production and employment-oriented work at full speed.
