After its transformations to the neighbourhoods of Anbar, Battalgazi, Kazim Karabekir, Melikgazi Municipality, which also started a large transformation project in the Yıldırım Beyazıt Neighbourhood, laid the foundation for the construction of six blocks of 236 apartments.

           Reminding that they have laid the foundation of an urban transformation project for the first time in Yıldırım Beyazıt, Mayor of Melikgazi Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, "We have 3 companies that have received the tender here. We had a field inspection with them today. They will make six urban transformation blocks and we will offer our citizens beautiful apartments. We are experiencing a very big transformation in Yıldırım Beyazıt. We have cleared this area by demolishing more than 100 slums in the area where we will do urban transformation only on this boulevard. At the same time, there were construction wreckers, and we moved our craftsmen to a more beautiful site area. Six blocks of our 236 apartments will be made in different sizes, including 2 + 1, 3 + 1 and 4 + 1. We will also do the groundbreaking program in the coming days. First, I would like to thank our colleagues who are doing the work. I hope that my Allah will grant us to complete it without any accidents and to live in good health for our citizens. Such large investments continue in our Melikgazi. We are one of the most active municipalities in Turkey that is engaged in urban transformation not only in Yıldırım Beyazıt, but also in different areas in Battalgazi and Kazım Karabekir.
