Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. provided information about the event, which will take place at the Melikgazi Municipality Theater Hall on Saturday, November 22nd at 2:00 PM. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, "We continue to contribute to social life through the cultural events we organize in our district. As part of our activities aimed at contributing to our city's literary identity, we will once again gather for a wonderful program. Esteemed representatives of the national and international poetry world will meet at our 1st International Poetry Festival. Words, feelings, and thoughts will leave a mark on our memories. We must cherish the legacy our poets have left from the past to the present. That's why I believe such programs are beneficial and important. Because poems are more than just words. Behind each poem lie deep and meaningful stories and memories. As the municipality, we will be happy to bring together renowned poets from our country and abroad, providing an opportunity for them to meet and socialize.
