Melikgazi Municipality has sent water, a 4x4 vehicle and mobile WC-shower and water dispenser to Muğla in order to support the fires that continue in many parts of Turkey.

      Stating that they are ready to give all kinds of support as Melikgazi Municipality, the Mayor of Melikgazi, Dr. Mustafa Palancioğlu said, “Unfortunately, in many regions of our country, our forests are on fire, our lungs are on fire. Unfortunately, the fires across the country saddened us all.In this context, everyone mobilized under the coordination of our President, especially the Union of Municipalities of Turkey.We, as municipalities, are trying to provide all kinds of support throughout Turkey. In this context, in the first place, as the municipality, we have a mobile shower and WC, as well as a sprinkler that sprays water from the top, which also functions as a Toma.In order to support the firefighting teams and citizens, we are sending water, a 4x4 vehicle, mobile WC-shower and water dispenser to the fire area in Muğla.Apart from this, as the necessary demands reach us, we, as Melikgazi Municipality, will give our best support, whether it is construction equipment, water and Ayran. Our friends are going on duty. We have already sent a delegation from the front, they are working, I hope they reach there safely and support the struggle there.Hopefully, these fires will go out as soon as possible and we will find the perpetrators. We will come out of this great catastrophe by being united and in solidarity, we will all come out together.” he said.
