Mayor of Melikgazi, Dr. Mustafa Palancioglu Türk Kızılay Kocasinan, Melikgazi and Talas Branches he participated in the charity bazaar themed "Red Crescent Women Protect Palestinian Orphans" organized by the Women's Branch.
The bazaar held at Ali Mountain Paragliding Track Metropolitan Mayor Memduh Büyükkılıç and Melikgazi District Governor Bülent Karacan also attended.
Stating that they contributed to the bazaar with food and beverage support for 700 people, President Dr. Palancıoğlu said, "The Women's Branch of the Türk Kızılay Kocasinan, Melikgazi and Talas Branches organized this beautiful bazaar for the benefit of our Palestinian children.They offer their prepared food for sale. As Melikgazi Municipality, we supported the Charity Bazaar with food and water for 700 people. Türk Kızılay is one of the most important aid organizations in the world, not in Turkey. Within the scope of our social municipality works, we support all the works for aid as much as we can. Proceeds from the bazaar will be used for orphans in Palestine. After the attacks in Palestine, many children became orphans. I would like to thank our citizens, Türk Kızılay executives and members of the board of directors, who participated and supported this meaningful aid campaign, for their sensitivity. We are waiting for our citizens who want to support this charity bazaar, which is open on 17 and 19 June," he said.
