Melikgazi Municipality sold 16 of the 22 lands for which it was auctioned, and left the remaining 6 lands to bargain.

     Mayor of Melikgazi, Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu wished that the tender will be beneficial for Melikgazi and reminded that the revenues will turn into investments.

     Providing information about the tender held at the Melikgazi Municipality Theatre Hall, Mayor of Melikgazi Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, “We have put up for sale 22 pieces of land in order to create resources for our services and investments.

According to the result of the tender, a total revenue of 6 million 618 thousand TL was obtained. Yesterday, we sold 16 of the 22 immovable that are in the nature of land. 6 of them were left to bargain. The income from the sale will be turned into an investment in our district. I hope our investments and new projects will increase the quality of life of Melikgazi residents. This tender was a good investment opportunity. May it be beneficial to both our citizens of Melikgazi and our citizens who bought our land." said
