Melikgazi Municipality gave training on recycling to 4th grade students at the Recycling Facilities.

         In the education, the children were told about the importance of recycling, that recycling is not garbage, that the waste known as garbage is made reusable thanks to recycling, that it contributes to the country's economy, how waste should be collected, what can be used as recycling.

        Mayor of Melikgazi, Dr. Mustafa Palancioğlu made the following statements on the subject: “How and when the garbage collected by sorting in recycling facilities students personally watched on-site what work was done.

Issues such as pollution of nature, reuse of wastes and prevention of waste of raw materials are very important.Garden Nursery School 4th grade 45 students came to visit our recycling education facility. We gave information to our students about recycling and zero waste in our training hall and explained the recycling stages in our exhibition hall visually.With the awareness that today's children are the parents of tomorrow, we continue our education efforts to increase our children's zero waste awareness.” Said.

        Mayor of Melikgazi Dr.Mustafa Palancioğlu stated that they will continue to work on providing these trainings to children at this age.
