Melikgazi Municipality personnel received “Protocol and Code of Conduct” training as part of the in-service training program.

The training, given by Kayseri University Lecturer Çağatay Engür as part of the 2025 training plan, took place at the Melikgazi Municipality Theater Hall.

Melikgazi Municipality Human Resources and Education Directorate aims to increase the professional and personal competencies of the personnel. targeting in-service training participation was intense.

Lecturer Çağatay Engür provided information on correspondence, behavior, welcoming, hospitality, greeting, personal image, compliance with protocol rules.

Stating that in-service trainings contributing to Melikgazi Municipality employees will continue unabated, Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, “In order to provide more qualified service to our Melikgazi, we are increasing our service quality by giving importance to in-service trainings that will strengthen the professional and personal competencies of our colleagues. Our colleagues were informed about the correct application of protocol rules with the “Protocol and Code of Conduct” training carried out by the Human Resources and Education Directorate.
