Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu congratulated all students who received their report cards at the end of the '2024-2025' Academic Year and shared the excitement of the students.

Mayor Palancıoğlu attended the report card distribution ceremony held at Osman Ulubaş Köşk Middle School with the attendance of AK Party Deputy Chairman Mustafa Elitaş and Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç.

Mayor Palancıoğlu, who wished all students who received their report cards to have a happy, peaceful, healthy holiday with their families, said, "Our children are very happy, they received their report cards, summer vacation has started. May God make the future of our youth clear. The better our children and youth receive education and prepare for the future, the better days await our country in the future. As Melikgazi Municipality, we have built 15 Akıl Küpü Libraries for our youth and nearly 25 schools. We will be opening Melikgazi Municipality Av. Mehmet Altun Aviation and Space Technologies Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in the upcoming term. Our children who are successful here will hopefully contribute to our country's defense industry, will support aviation, space technology. We will establish a technology high school, foreign trade, and logistics high school for our youth. Because in our country, employment-oriented, educational opportunities must be provided to young people. We are working in this direction. I wish success to all our children. I would like to thank all our teachers and the National Education community who work hard to ensure that our students receive a better education, prepare them for the future, and demonstrate sacrifice with their tolerance. Approximately 220 thousand students receive report cards in Melikgazi. This is a very large number. Therefore, I hope that every child of every family will be happy today. May our children have a nice and full summer vacation. I recommend our students to read a lot of books during their vacation." he said.

Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç, who made a speech at the report card distribution ceremony, said, “I would like to express my pleasure to be together at this beautiful report card ceremony. We had some programs with the judiciary and business world symposium. However, since today is the report card day, we decided to share the excitement of our Kayseri children. You worked very hard and made a great effort for 1 year. I would like to thank your teachers and families. Kayseri is a city that attaches great importance to education and training. We would like to thank our brother Osman Ulubaş who supports education and training. I wish success to all our young people who will take the YKS exam.” he spoke.
