Melikgazi Municipality, which periodically sprays against all kinds of pests in 58 neighborhoods to protect human and environmental health, continues its work intensively to ensure that citizens have a comfortable summer period.

Saying that spraying is carried out in every corner of the district against flies, mosquitoes and pests, Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, "Within the scope of the spraying works that our municipality carries out at certain periods throughout the year, but which we intensify with the warming of the weather; our teams are fighting larvae and pests in various breeding grounds such as parks and gardens, rainwater channels, manholes, garbage containers and median strips, and especially in areas heavily used by our citizens. Using pesticides compatible with natural life and biological balance, our aim with these works that we carry out in every corner of our district against flies, mosquitoes and pests is to ensure that our fellow citizens have a comfortable and healthy summer season. In this regard, I would like to thank my colleagues who work for the health and cleanliness of our district for their dedicated efforts."
