Melikgazi Municipality added another event to its social and cultural activities, providing citizens with a music-filled evening.

At the event held in Çarşı Melikgazi, Turkish Classical Music vocalist and composer Necip Karakaya took the stage and transported the audience to the past with his nostalgic songs.

During the concert, which was filled with enjoyable moments, citizens took a journey to the past with unforgettable songs, while Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu drew attention to the importance of social and cultural activities. Stating that such organizations both strengthen unity and solidarity and relieve citizens from the stress of the day, Mayor Palancıoğlu used the following expressions: “Our nights and days are dedicated to Melikgazi. We work tirelessly for our district and our fellow citizens, running from project to project. While meeting the physical needs of our district, we do not neglect music, art, and artists, which are the nourishment of the soul. In this context, we created a wave of nostalgia with our valuable artist Necip Karakaya in our Çarşı Melikgazi. I thank all our fellow citizens who participated and hope to meet again in new events.”
