Drawing attention with its social projects and service-oriented works throughout the district, Melikgazi Municipality will build a qualified "Market Place and Social Facility" in Selçuklu Neighborhood.

                                       With the new project, the market places will not only be shopping centers, but also social facilities where social and cultural needs are met.

Stating that each neighborhood has different needs and that they continue to implement projects according to the needs of the neighborhoods, Mayor of Melikgazi Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, "The architectural drawing of our Selçuklu Marketplace and Social Facility project, located on Selçuklu Metin Yüksel cad. has been completed. We will start the construction after the tender process. We aim to complete the market place and social facility towards the end of the year.Our project consists of a total of 4.100 square meters, including a social facility of 1615 square meters and a market area of 2485 square meters. The social facility will include Akıl küpü workstation, various workshops, children's playgrounds, cafeteria, fitness center and service spaces. Akıl Küpü workstation, which will allow young people to study together, will have single-person workspaces, multiple workspaces, areas that allow computer-aided work, and tea-coffee break corners.We designed it to meet all the needs of our district residents from 7 to 70. We aim to transform the marketplaces into places that meet the social and cultural needs of the citizens instead of just shopping centers.
