Melikgazi Municipality's Altınoluk Neighborhood Horizontal Architecture project, which includes 120 houses with gardens on an area of ​​45,000 square meters, is rapidly nearing completion.

In Kayseri, a garden house project, which is a model project for Turkey, will include many features such as social facilities, library, solar energy panels, electric vehicle charging stations, and seating areas all together.

The project is nearing completion and this summer Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. reminded that citizens will start living in the houses. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, “As Melikgazi Municipality, we are implementing many innovations and prioritizing many projects. Thanks to these, both our contractors and our citizens are following us. They are also starting to implement good examples. One of these is our horizontal architecture project. We inspected the project area in Altınoluk Neighborhood, where 120 garden houses are located. It has a 300 square meter plot and a 95 square meter footprint. Therefore, this has become a very special project. Here, we also have a vehicle charging station for each garden house, as well as solar energy panels. Our project is an environmentally friendly site that produces its own energy. We have built the garden walls and are starting the landscaping. Hopefully, our citizens will start living here this summer. We also have another nice project within the site. We will arrange 2 of our garden houses as social facilities. There will also be an office for the staff. With its library and seating areas, our citizens will become homeowners within the site, in a neighborhood culture. Two different contractors bid for and won the tender for this project. Both did very good work. I thank these two contractors and especially my colleagues who worked on this project from beginning to end. Hopefully, our new project will be in the Mimarsinan region. That will also be a beautiful project consisting of 200 garden houses. Hopefully, we will prepare it and put it out to tender soon.
