Nostalgia Convoy with Classic Vehicles in Neighborhoods

Melikgazi Municipality organized a nostalgic entertaining tour with classical vehicles throughout the district due to April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day.

                               Celebrating the holiday of all children, Mayor of Melikgazi Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu, "We made our citizens feel the excitement of April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day in their homes. Together with the Classic Vehicle Automobile Association, we gave Melikgazi good moments with almost nostalgic classic vehicles. April 23 is the day of the world's children. Our children were bored during the pandemic period, they cannot go to school today. Unfortunately, there is a lockdown. However, we are giving good gifts to our children. I hope we will all celebrate the joy of Children's Day together, shoulder to shoulder, in schools and squares, as in previous years, as in the past years. As Melikgazi Municipality, we built 80 parks in 80 days as gifts for all our children. We also support over 3 million Cancer and Bone Marrow Hospital for our children at Erciyes University. We promised to build 2 additional playgrounds for your children. Our children are everything for us and our future. Today we took a fun city tour for them with classic vehicles. Our citizens also enjoyed watching this beautiful and multicoloured convoy from the windows from the balconies. They shared our excitement from their homes. We are happy if we have been a source of joy to our citizens and children who are overwhelmed by the epidemic.
