Mayor of Melikgazi Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said that within two years, as Melikgazi Municipality, they made modern urban planning with the implementation of the 18th article in 106 different regions. In this context, with 18 applications that started in 11 neighbourhoods, the parcels in the form of raw cadastre will now turn into zoning parcels.

Stating that they will enter a good period as Melikgazi with this new application, Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, “As Melikgazi Municipality, we bring many services to our district. Our biggest problem in the implementation phase of the projects is the places that are not owned by our municipality. 

In this way, zoning parcels are created by cutting the cadastral parcels owned by our citizens. Thanks to this work, privately owned lands, which have been waiting for a solution for years, are transformed into a constructible format as residential and commercial areas. In this context, we have started a large 18 applications covering 8 million square meters in 106 regions. With this zoning application, we will have the opportunity to quickly bring new services such as new schools, health centres, social facilities, parks and roads to Melikgazi district. Our citizen will also benefit from this business. The parcels that are in the form of a raw cadastre will now turn into zoning parcels. Therefore, we are implementing 18 applications in 11 neighbourhoods with a great struggle. In this context, we both reduce public lawsuits and open all the unopened roads.
