Melikgazi Municipality, which has increased the number of parks in the district with 80 park projects in 80 days, continues its new park construction and renovation works. In this context, a large-scale renovation work is being carried out in Isa Yusuf Alptekin Park in Belsin.

     Providing information about the work done, the Mayor of Melikgazi, Dr. Mustafa Palancioğlu said, “Isa Yusuf Alptekin Park, which has met the needs of the region for many years when we started its construction in the Belsin, covers an area of 54 thousand square meters. We are revising our park that will meet the daily needs of the people of the region with the renewal of walking paths, bicycle paths and playgrounds, bicycle and football fields. We will open it before the end of 2021. We have recently started renovation works within the scope of the works carried out to increase the environmental order and green space in our district. We are building a new generation of children's playgrounds so that citizens can spend time in healthier and safer parks, and walking paths, camellias and lighting so that citizens can walk comfortably. In this way, our parks get a more modern. It becomes more functional and more qualified. 

We are completely renovating our 9 parks in these neighbourhoods, namely Anafartalar, Hürriyet, Aydınlıkevler, Yıldırım Beyazıt, Osman Kavuncu, Esentepe and İldem. We are building new parks in suitable areas. In a short time, we will complete the renovation works and put them into service. We are also doing renovation works in our Zeki Soygüllüce Park.
