Melikgazi Municipality, which is carrying out renovation work in the parks that keep life alive in the district, will renovate more than 90 parks in the summer of 2025.

Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. stated that the parks in the district are not only recreational areas but also centers of social life. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, "With all the work we do in Melikgazi, we are working to provide our citizens with the best and most qualified services. As the weather warms up, our parks are being used intensively. It is our duty to create parks and recreational areas where our citizens can spend time comfortably, peacefully, and enjoy themselves. We inspected Beyazşehir Park, which we have begun to renovate, together with Bahçelievler Neighborhood Headman Rukiye Köse, and chatted with the women and children in the park. The satisfaction is overwhelming. We hope to open it on August 30th. We will celebrate August 30th here in a festive atmosphere. We are renovating the playgrounds, gazebos, and benches in this park. We are carrying out necessary maintenance work on the park's trees. We are building new walking paths and swing benches. It will be a beautiful place once it is finished. As the Melikgazi Municipality, we are renovating over 90 parks by the summer of 2025." We will have it renovated in May. I wish you all the best. This park is heavily used by our citizens.
