Offering a wide range of courses from music to handicrafts, from sports to art, Melikgazi Municipality's free summer courses for children aged 7-14 are receiving great interest from students.

Students both produce, learn, and socialize in these courses

Saying that children are given training in many areas in 19 facilities, 6 areas, and 17 branches in summer courses, Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, “Our summer courses, which we prepared to help children both develop their social skills and discover themselves in areas they are interested in, are continuing. These courses are a great opportunity for our students who want to spend the summer period with social, cultural and educational activities. As always, this year our courses are adding color to the summer season with their full content. Our children aged 7-14 are receiving training in our social facilities in areas such as sports, music and performance, handicrafts, intelligence games, art and design, personal development, origami, karate, volleyball, basketball, gymnastics, handball, football, Muay Thai, badminton, swimming, tennis, Turkish folk dances, intelligence games, painting art education, effective and fast reading, bağlama (Turkish string instrument), and guitar. With these comprehensive courses, we aim to prepare children not only for today but also for the future in a very well-equipped way. Currently, approximately 7000 students are receiving training in our summer courses. Our courses are both educational "And with its entertaining structure, it offers our children a pleasant summer vacation," he said.
