Melikgazi Municipality added 48 new vehicles to its fleet to increase the quality of service and field force in the district. The vehicle commissioning ceremony was held in a festive atmosphere with a colorful celebration organized for children. The new vehicles were showcased in the program, which attracted great interest from children and families, and the little ones had a great time with the activities prepared for them. A total of 193 construction machines were added to the Melikgazi Municipality fleet in 7 years. Melikgazi Mayor, who meets with citizens almost every week with an opening or groundbreaking ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu stated the following: “As Melikgazi Municipality, we hold many different opening ceremonies and programs, but this program is very different; because I wanted to make our children happy. When I was a child, I loved vehicles and construction machinery. We introduced 48 new vehicles that we acquired for our municipality together with our children and their families. Since the day I took office, in a total of 7 years, we have acquired 193 construction machines and vehicles. The approximate current value of this is 1 billion 100 million lira. These construction machines are extremely important for us to be able to provide services. In Melikgazi, together with our colleagues, we are providing very impressive services. The most important issue we prioritize while producing these services is not to burden the public and our citizens with debt. Among the 1405 municipalities in Turkey, we are one of the few municipalities that does not have debt, does not take out loans, and does not burden the municipality with debt. From urban transformation to family health..." From our centers to schools, many of our services are at record levels. Therefore, the number of these services will continue to increase day by day.”

NEW OPENINGS WILL COME ONE AFTER ANOTHER!

Speaking during the vehicle presentation program, Mayor Palancıoğlu stated that new openings will come one after another and continued his speech as follows:

“We organize an opening or groundbreaking ceremony almost every week when weather conditions permit. In the coming days, we will hold the opening of Sanat Melikgazi and Gön Han. Again, many We will be opening schools, mosques, Quran courses, and social facilities. In the evenings, we will have park opening ceremonies, and we will crown these park openings with beautiful celebrations. We especially attach great importance to the concept of family in 2025 and 2026. Therefore, we are implementing various projects to ensure that our parks are used productively by our families and that our children are distanced from the internet and mobile phones, even if only for a short time. Our parks are free from all kinds of negativity; they are bright, high-quality areas with playgrounds and walking paths. We are starting the opening ceremonies of our parks this week. I also wish that our new vehicles will be beneficial and auspicious for our district. May God grant us the opportunity to serve our district without accidents or misfortunes.”
