Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu stated that they have added another project to the urban transformation projects and that the Kazım Karabekir Neighborhood has undergone a great change and transformation with the work done there, saying, “With the approval of our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, we are starting our 3rd phase project in our Kazım Karabekir Neighborhood. We will start a large-scale project on an area of ​​130,000 square meters. I would like to thank our President very much. In our August Assembly meeting, the implementation principles regarding the 3rd phase in the Kazım Karabekir Neighborhood were unanimously accepted. We will provide comfort to our citizens by building new houses in accordance with modern architecture, with green areas and social facilities. The 1st phase in our Kazım Karabekir Neighborhood was completed, the 2nd phase works are also nearing completion; we have started the landscaping works. We are also starting our 3rd phase works in this neighborhood. In the work we will do on an area of ​​130,000 square meters, 1,250 people Signatures will be put on the agreements and contracts will be made. There are 288 buildings in this area. We will demolish them. We will build 30 blocks and 1,320 apartments in a large area. God willing, we will start a major urban transformation project. We can say that this is currently the largest urban transformation project in Kayseri. The urban transformation project we are undertaking as Melikgazi Municipality is one of the largest urban transformations undertaken by a district municipality in Turkey. May God protect us from accidents and misfortunes. God willing, we will be able to complete this project with honor, just like our other urban transformation projects. May it be auspicious.
