Citizens who contact Melikgazi Municipality instantly through the WhatsApp reporting lines at 0530 253 91 91 and 0352 252 13 33 are very satisfied with the application. MEGA received 42,000 calls, conducted 20,000 WhatsApp conversations, had 120,000 minutes of conversation, and created 15,000 applications within 5 months. MEGA can understand 1200 different issues and provides 24/7 service.

Melikgazi Mayor Assoc.
