Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu announced that a tender would be held for Melikgazi's first horizontal architecture project. He stated, "We continue to bring our diverse projects to life to gift a liveable Melikgazi to future generations and to serve as a role model for them. We are pioneering a new approach in Melikgazi. With our horizontal architecture project, we aim to provide our citizens with comfortable, high quality, earthquake-resistant housing.

In this context, we will bring our detached houses to life in Altınoluk Neighbourhood. Our detached houses will feature solar energy panels, rainwater-harvesting systems, and we will spread horizontal architecture across many parts of Melikgazi, setting an example for our country. We will soon proceed with tenders for the implementation of our project. We will hold tenders as follows: for 28 detached houses on Wednesday, June 26th at 14:00, for 32 detached houses on Wednesday, June 26th at 14:30, for another 32 detached houses on Wednesday, July 3rd at 14:00, and for 28 detached houses again on Wednesday, July 3rd at 14:30. We invite all contracting firms to participate in our tenders. Together, we will continue to add new value to Melikgazi and bring a fresh perspective with exemplary projects.
