Melikgazi Municipality has taken all necessary precautions against adverse weather conditions that may occur with the arrival of winter months.

       The Mayor of Melikgazi, who said that they would work to snow with full measures in a programmed and coordinated manner in Melikgazi, said Dr. Mustafa Palancioglu said, "As Melikgazi Municipality, we are working with all our teams to ensure that our people of the district have a smooth winter this year. We are taking our winter precautions without snow suppression. 22 snow plower and salt spreader vehicles, 8 knife snow plower vehicles, seven 4x4 pickup snow plower and salting vehicles, 1 solution vehicle, 6 graders, 11 scoops, 8 loaders for use in winter work, 63 of our vehicles will be used in snow fighting work. 220 people will work in these works; 10 thousand tons of salt will be used. We have taken measures such as technical personnel, equipment and vehicles to ensure that our citizens are affected by winter conditions at the lowest level All our units will do their part in coordination. We are making our preparations. Our teams are also ready ." said. 

     Dr.Mustafa Palancioglu added that teams that will intervene in every neighbourhood of Melikgazi as soon as possible have been prepared using the latest technology as a municipality.
