Melikgazi Municipality Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu inspected the construction works of the 'Melikgazi Municipality Ali Başyazıcıoğlu Family Health Centre, Quran Course, and Mosque,' which will be realized through the collaboration of Melikgazi Municipality and philanthropists in Gültepe Neighbourhood.

In various parts of the district, President Palancıoğlu is systematically bringing to life the projects designed according to local needs, and he gave good news to Gültepe Neighbourhood. Mayor Palancıoğlu stated that the construction of the Melikgazi Municipality Ali Başyazıcıoğlu Family Health Centre, Quran Course, and Mosque would be completed by the end of summer and opened for service to the citizens. President Palancıoğlu continued his words as follows:

We are constructing a beautiful complex (külliye) that will particularly impact Köşk Neighbourhood and Gültepe Neighbourhood, right in the centre of the city. It will include a health centre, Quran course, and mosque. This area is located just in front of Köşk Medrese. We are fortunate to be collaborating on this project with our philanthropist brother Ali Başyazıcıoğlu. May Almighty Allah accept his goodness. Here, we are bringing to life a very elegant and fitting project for our city of Kayseri and our district of Melikgazi." Allah willing, by the end of summer, we hope to complete and present these very elegant, visually appealing, boutique-style facilities: a family health centre, Quran course, and mosque that will serve our neighbourhoods. I thank my colleagues who have contributed their efforts. I extend my gratitude to our philanthropist brother Ali Başyazıcıoğlu and his family. May it be auspicious. Hopefully, our citizens will use these facilities in good health and well-being." Philanthropist Ali Başyazıcıoğlu expressed his gratitude to Melikgazi Municipality Mayor Assoc.
