Melikgazi Municipality continues its efforts to reduce urban traffic congestion by conducting intersection and road improvements. As part of these efforts, they have implemented a new intersection regulation project on Cengiz Topel Street in Hürriyet Neighbourhood.

Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu stated that they have completed the new intersection regulation works to ensure safer traffic flow. He emphasized, "We are working tirelessly to make life easier for our valued citizens and provide modern transportation facilities to every corner of our district. The number of vehicles is increasing every day in our city. However, naturally, traffic congestion can occur during certain hours. With the new intersection regulation we implemented on Cengiz Topel Street in Hürriyet Neighbourhood, we have made traffic safer, more comfortable, and smoother. We aim to reduce waiting times for vehicles in traffic, thereby contributing to fuel savings, and to ensure pedestrians can cross the road more safely with our new intersection project. We will continue our efforts unabated to improve the quality of life for our citizens and make their daily lives more convenient.
