Melikgazi Municipality, which continues to build new schools in the district as the municipality that has built the most schools in Türkiye, has begun foundation work on a much-needed primary school in the Kocatepe neighborhood of Belsin.

Belsin Region's School Needs Being resolved

Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof. Dr. stated that raising strong generations is essential for a strong Turkey and that they are working diligently to prepare a bright future for young people. Mustafa Palancıoğlu said, “As Melikgazi Municipality, we maintain our title as the municipality that has built the most schools in Türkiye. We are laying the foundation for a beautiful primary school that will serve the Tınaztepe, Kocatepe, and Belsin regions. Our youth and children are important to us. Therefore, we place the utmost importance on education. We are building our school here in an area where there is a need. We have many schools in our district that we will lay the foundation for and open. Therefore, we continue to serve and support the education sector. This will be a beautiful primary school with 12 classrooms. Citizens from both our Kocatepe neighborhood and the Kocatepe neighborhood, especially Tınaztepe, had a request for a school. We did not refuse their request and placed the tender. Our school here will rise rapidly, God willing. We plan to make it available for education next year. May it be auspicious. May God grant us the opportunity to build it without accidents or trouble.”
