Emphasizing that one of the most important services among many services in Melikgazi district is urban transformation, Mayor Palancıoğlu said, “We continue to work diligently to raise the welfare level of our district, which is changing day by day. We wanted to share and inform you about the new projects and new tenders that will be carried out. Firstly, we have works in Aydınlıkevler Neighborhood, which is opposite the old bus station. We also have the 2nd stage works requested with the satisfaction of the residents. Thirdly, we will start our urban transformation project in Köşk Neighborhood on Hulusi Akar Boulevard. Fourthly, it is behind the Technopark, which is called Keçitepesi. Our fifth project, God willing, is the urban transformation we are doing in Yıldırım Beyazıt on Dr. Sami İpek Boulevard. We will be doing this right across from our current projects. Our sixth project will be a horizontal architecture project in Mimarsinan Neighborhood. Our work continues on our new areas as well. Our horizontal architecture project in Altınoluk Neighborhood, consisting of 120 houses with gardens, is progressing rapidly. The satisfaction is quite high. We have a plot of land in Mimarsinan Neighborhood where approximately 200 houses with gardens will be located. With this project, Mimarsinan Neighborhood will develop and become more beautiful. As a municipality, it is our duty to facilitate the work of our contractors. Our contracting firms that are carrying out our urban transformation projects are doing great work. Thank you. As a municipality, in our urban transformation projects, we are doing many things in a site-like manner. We are trying to revive that neighborhood by solving the needs of that area such as schools, mosques, Quran courses, health centers, and landscaping. We are also making citizens homeowners with interest-free, 36-month equal installments and a 25% down payment. We are helping these citizens... Mayor Palancıoğlu, explaining the ongoing urban transformation works to the participants with a visual presentation, said, “We are working to add even more beauty to our city, to Melikgazi. In Aydınlıkevler Neighborhood, opposite the old bus station, 7 blocks consisting of 175 apartments and 14 shops will be built. This is one of the most important points of the city. We will hold our tender for this on May 21st. The project area of ​​our Köşk Neighborhood urban transformation work is 42 thousand square meters. This is a beautiful area. We designed it as ground floor + 7 floors. As a result of our work, there will be no shanty houses left in the area. In Mimarsinan Neighborhood, approximately 200 houses with gardens will be located on an area of ​​78 thousand square meters. I believe that with our horizontal architecture project, the construction in this area will be completely different. This will be a beautiful and large site with green areas, social facilities, children's playgrounds and gardens. The construction of our 120 garden houses in Altınoluk Neighborhood, which is ongoing, has reached the final stage. There are 4 garden houses in each block.
